SUFFOLK, Va. — A fatal single-vehicle crash occurred early Monday morning on Whaleyville Boulevard, resulting in one death, according to Suffolk Police.
Emergency responders received a report of the incident at 3:37 a.m. in the 4700 Block of Whaleyville Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers found an individual who was confirmed deceased at the scene.
Authorities have closed the 4700 Block of Whaleyville Boulevard and indicated that the closure will remain in effect for an extended period. An investigation into the crash is ongoing, Suffolk Police said.
