WILLIAMSPORT, Ind. (WISH) — One person died following a crash between a sedan and a pickup truck in Warren County on Aug. 29.
According to Indiana State Police (ISP), the collision occurred around 10 p.m. on State Road 28, near County Road East 50 South. A 2025 Ram 2500 was traveling east when a westbound 2003 Buick Park Avenue crossed the centerline and struck the truck for an unknown reason.
The driver of the Buick died at the scene; their identity has not been released by the Warren County Coroner's Office. The driver of the Ram was transported to a hospital, suffering from non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities stated that the investigation into the crash is ongoing. No lane closures were reported following the incident.
