LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — One person suffered life-threatening injuries in a single-vehicle crash on Russell Cave Road late Tuesday night.
Around 9 p.m., the vehicle flipped near Northwind Road, prompting a closure of the roadway for several hours, according to authorities. Emergency medical services transported the victim to a local hospital.
