NORMAN, Okla. (KOKH) — A two-vehicle crash in Norman left one driver in critical condition shortly after 9 a.m. on Monday.
Officers with the Norman Police Department (NPD) responded to the collision at the intersection of 120th Avenue SE and East SH-9.
According to authorities, an SUV traveling northbound on 120th Avenue SE failed to stop at a stop sign while turning onto SH-9 and was struck by a pickup truck.
Both drivers were injured and transported to the hospital; one sustained minor injuries while the other is in critical condition.
The investigation is ongoing, with NPD and the University of Oklahoma Police Department participating.
