Potters Hill Fire Department Responds to Multi-Vehicle Accident on Hwy 24
Potters Hill Fire Department (PHFD) responded to a multi-vehicle accident on Hwy 24 at 8:34 a.m. today.
Upon arrival, officials found a box truck with tree-trimming equipment overturned on the back of a trailer. Multiple patients were treated at the scene, but no severe injuries were reported, according to PHFD.
The State Highway Patrol responded to assist with the incident. It took approximately five hours to clear the roadway and for PHFD to be released from the scene.
Authorities have confirmed that the accident remains under investigation. No additional details regarding the number of vehicles involved or specific patient conditions have been disclosed at this time. Lane closures were in effect during the clearance operation.
