Motorcyclist Dies in Englewood Crash Early Sunday Morning
ENGLEWOOD, CO — A motorcyclist died following a two-vehicle collision early Sunday morning on West Dartmouth Avenue, police said.
Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene in the 1900 block of West Dartmouth Avenue at 12:04 a.m. According to the ENGLEWOOD POLICE DEPARTMENT, the motorcyclist was found unconscious and not breathing. Attempts to revive the individual were unsuccessful, and they were pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities indicated that the motorcyclist, whose identity has not yet been released, was traveling eastbound on Dartmouth Avenue when a car turning onto westbound Dartmouth struck the motorcycle. The driver of the car has been cited for careless driving resulting in death.
