DES MOINES, Iowa — One person was injured in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 235 Tuesday morning.
The incident occurred around 8 a.m. in the eastbound lanes near Cottage Grove Avenue, according to Des Moines Police. The injured motorcyclist was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Authorities reported that two outside lanes and exit 7A were closed for emergency response. The situation is currently under investigation.
