LONDONDERRY, NH — A motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries in a crash on Interstate 93 on Wednesday evening.
According to State Police, troopers responded to the scene near Exit 4 on the southbound side around 8 p.m.
A 61-year-old man from Haverhill, Massachusetts, veered into the median, causing the motorcycle to roll and ejecting him from the vehicle.
He was transported by helicopter to a Massachusetts hospital for treatment. Authorities noted he was wearing a helmet at the time of the incident.
The northbound lanes of the highway were closed for approximately 35 minutes during the response and investigation.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
