Macy Man Dies in Crash on Mexico Road
MIAMI COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — A 61-year-old man from Macy died following a single-vehicle crash on Mexico Road on January 16, according to authorities.
Robert Wiser was driving a pickup truck southbound when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle left the roadway and entered a ditch. Emergency responders found him unresponsive at the scene and transported him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities reported that there is no indication of alcohol or narcotics contributing to the crash. The incident remains under investigation. Further details regarding lane closures or towing were not available.
