LEE'S SUMMIT, MO — A motorcycle crash occurred at approximately 2:41 p.m. on an Interstate 470 ramp near Pryor Road on Thursday.
Police confirmed that a motorcycle collided with a truck, resulting in significant damage to both vehicles. The motorcyclist, a 34-year-old male, sustained serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.
Authorities said the driver of the truck was unharmed in the incident. Emergency responders from the Lee's Summit Fire Department and police units were on the scene to assist and direct traffic.
