CONCORD, N.H. — The Exit 17 on-ramp on I-93 South reopened following a motorcycle crash that occurred early Thursday morning.
The incident took place around 5 a.m., prompting authorities to close the on-ramp for approximately three hours, according to New England 511. By 5:45 a.m., police were observed blocking access from Route 4.
