MILTON, MA—A car crashed off Interstate 93 early May 3, 2026, injuring multiple individuals, including one critically.
According to State Police, the single-vehicle accident occurred around 3 a.m. near Exit 3 on the northbound side of I-93. All five occupants were transported to local hospitals, with the driver suffering the most severe injuries.
Emergency response included Police, Fire, EMS, and the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office. The on-ramp from Blue Hill River Road to I-93 north was temporarily closed but has since reopened.
Witnesses reported the vehicle was partially submerged in water at the crash site. A tow truck later removed the car from the water and secured it over the barrier.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
