FRANKLIN, MA — One person was seriously injured in a rollover crash on Interstate 495 northbound Sunday night.
Massachusetts State Police responded to the incident at mile marker 44.2 around 7:41 p.m. Authorities confirmed that a MedFlight helicopter was requested for one victim, who sustained traumatic injuries.
Franklin Firefighters Local 2637 reported that multiple emergency resources were dispatched to the scene, where the patient was found entrapped in the vehicle. Off-duty firefighters were called in to cover both stations during the response.
