HILLSBORO, N.D. — A Hillsboro man died in a rollover crash on Sunday, November 9, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred at 6:26 p.m. on Traill County Road 13, north of Hillsboro. Rollin Eberhardt, 66, was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado east when the vehicle veered off the roadway and rolled.
Eberhardt was not wearing a seat belt and was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries before being transferred to Fargo for further treatment.
Authorities are investigating the crash. Emergency responders included the Traill County Sheriff's Office, Hillsboro Fire Department, Hillsboro Ambulance, and Sanford Air Med.
Hillsboro is approximately 42 miles north of Fargo.
