GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colo. — One person was killed and several others injured in a four-vehicle crash on northbound Interstate 25 early Sunday morning.
The collision occurred around 6:30 a.m. near the Arapahoe Road exit, resulting in the closure of all northbound lanes except one, according to authorities.
Emergency responders attended to the scene, but the precise number of injuries has not yet been confirmed.
An ongoing investigation is focusing on the circumstances leading to the crash.
The Arapahoe County Coroner's Office will release the identity of the victim once notifications are made to next of kin.
