An elderly woman from Crocker, Mo. sustained serious injuries in a vehicle crash in Miller County on Friday afternoon.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported the crash occurred at 2:28 p.m. on Highway 17, north of Bennet Road.
According to the crash report, a 2024 Chevrolet Trax traveled off the right side of the roadway and collided with a tree.
The 76-year-old driver was transported by ambulance to a hospital. Authorities confirmed she was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident.
Emergency response units were dispatched to the scene, and an investigation into the crash is ongoing.
