LEBANON, IND. (WRTV) — A three-vehicle crash on Monday afternoon in Lebanon resulted in one fatality and multiple injuries, according to the Lebanon Police Department.
Jaheim Miller, 22, of Louisiana, was the driver of a dump truck involved in the incident. He was pronounced dead after being transported to an Indianapolis hospital.
The collision occurred around 2:10 p.m. at the intersection of State Road 32 and County Road 400 West, involving a passenger car and a semitractor-trailer.
State Road 32 was closed for several hours following the crash. The other occupants, from the passenger car and semi, were taken to a local hospital with injuries reported as non-life-threatening.
A preliminary investigation indicated the crash was caused by a passenger vehicle entering SR 32, according to witness statements.
As of Tuesday night, the Lebanon Police Department's crash team had not completed its investigation.
