Driver Injured in Greene County Rollover as Dog Escapes Scene.

Emergency crews responded to a crash on Willow Green Road Monday afternoon, injuring one driver and prompting a search for a missing dog.

Upon arrival, crews discovered a single vehicle overturned and leaking gasoline, with the driver trapped inside. Firefighters accessed the vehicle, evaluated the driver's condition, and performed an extrication.

The injured driver was transported to a hospital by Farmville EMS. The extent of their injuries is currently unknown.

Witnesses reported that the driver's dog fled from the vehicle after the crash. Firefighters conducted multiple searches in the area Sunday evening but were unable to locate the .
