(WJAR) — A driver was hospitalized following a single-vehicle crash on I-195 in Swansea on Monday morning.
Massachusetts State Police responded to the incident at approximately 6:51 a.m. near Exit 8. Authorities confirmed the driver sustained injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash, according to police. There were no reports of fatalities.
The highway was not closed during the response, and an investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
