Crash on I-95 Leaves One Injured

BOSTON, MA — A crash occurred on I-95 southbound near mile marker 23 at approximately 2:41 p.m. on October 12.

The incident involved three vehicles, including a sedan and two pickup trucks. Emergency responders from the Massachusetts State Police and local fire departments arrived on the scene to provide medical aid. One individual was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities reported that both the left and center lanes were closed for nearly two hours as crews worked to clear the wreckage and assist the driver, who was trapped and required extrication. Towing services were also involved to remove the vehicles from the roadway.

The cause of the crash is under investigation, according to the Massachusetts State Police. No fatalities have been reported.

Motorists are advised to expect minor delays in the area as cleanup operations continue.
