JACKSON, Miss. — A driver was killed Thursday evening after crashing into a power pole on Terry Road at approximately 5:09 p.m., according to the Mississippi Capitol Police.
Officers arrived to find a downed power pole and power lines obstructing the roadway. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene; their identity has not yet been released.
