OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA (KOKH) — A traffic collision on Sooner Road near I-240 has resulted in one fatality and multiple lane closures.
According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, the incident occurred around 9:00 a.m. on October 2, north of the I-240 junction.
Authorities confirmed that one individual has been pronounced deceased at the scene. Emergency responders are currently on-site managing the situation.
So long as investigation and recovery efforts continue, Sooner Road and SE 74th Street remain closed to traffic.
