LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A multi-vehicle crash on U.S. 42 at Falls Creek Drive resulted in the death of a 73-year-old man Monday evening.
The incident occurred shortly after 6:30 p.m. when a car pulled into the path of an SUV, which subsequently collided with a TARC bus. The driver of the SUV, identified as David Fleischaker, suffered fatal injuries.
Herman Meyer Funeral Home is managing arrangements for Fleischaker.
The crash remains under investigation.
