A Columbia man died and another driver sustained serious injuries in a head-on collision Saturday afternoon on Forum Boulevard, Authorities said.
Columbia Police responded to the crash at approximately 2:25 p.m. on August 22 in the 2900 block of Forum Boulevard.
The 46-year-old Columbia resident was pronounced dead at the scene, and his family has been notified.
The second driver was transported to a local hospital via ambulance with serious injuries. There were no passengers in either vehicle.
