Car crashes into home
Vehicle collides with residence in Spring Garden Township, York County
SPRING GARDEN TOWNSHIP, Pa. —
A vehicle struck a house early Thursday morning in York County, prompting an investigation by local authorities.
The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on the 1400 block of South George Street.
The driver, identified as 57-year-old Salvatore Giuffrida of Red Lion, sustained injuries and was transported to the hospital in stable condition.
Authorities stated they believe alcohol may have played a role in the crash, which remains under investigation.
Emergency response crews were on the scene to assess damages and assist the driver.
