Billings Man Dies in Rollover Crash on I-94 Near Worden.

A 47-year-old Billings man died in a crash early Saturday morning on Interstate 94 near Worden, according to the Montana Highway Patrol.

The incident occurred around 4 a.m. at mile marker 20 on eastbound I-94 in Yellowstone County. Authorities reported that the man was driving a Liberty westbound when it drifted off the right side of the roadway.

The rear right side of the vehicle struck the end of a guardrail, causing it to rotate counterclockwise and slide into the median. The then overturned, coming to rest on its roof near the eastbound lanes.

The driver was from the vehicle and at the scene. Road conditions at the time were reported as dry and bare.

The crash remains under investigation by the Montana Highway Patrol.
