DEADWOOD — A 46-year-old man from Colorado died in a crash near Lead on October 5, 2023.
The incident occurred at approximately 2:41 p.m. on Highway 14A. According to the South Dakota Department of Public Safety, a single vehicle was involved in the accident.
Emergency response teams arrived on the scene, providing medical aid. Despite their efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the site. No other individuals were reported injured in the crash.
