MADISON (WKOW) — One person died in a single-vehicle rollover crash on the Beltline early Monday morning.
According to the Madison Police Department, officers responded to the incident at 4:44 a.m. between Mineral Point Road and South Gammon Road. One occupant was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
The Beltline remains closed in both directions as authorities conduct an investigation. Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes until the investigation concludes and the roadway reopens. Further details, including the identity of the victim, have not yet been released.
