RICHLAND, Miss. — One person died Sunday morning in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 49.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:20 a.m. near Lyle Machinery, according to the Rankin County Coroner.
Details about the victim and the circumstances surrounding the crash have not been released pending family notification.
Authorities are currently interviewing witnesses as part of the ongoing investigation.
