CINCINNATI — A woman allegedly driving under the influence with two children aboard crashed into a utility pole near Cheviot Road on June 17, police said.
According to a court affidavit, the collision occurred on the city's West Side and involved one vehicle.
Investigators allege the driver, identified as Tiara Person, was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs with two children younger than 5 years old in the vehicle.
Police said the crash caused extensive damage and triggered airbag deployment.
Authorities said Person was scheduled to be arraigned in Hamilton County Municipal Court on charges of endangering children, operating a vehicle under the influence, driving under a financial responsibility suspension, and reasonable control.
Court records did not list bond information.
