PEMBROKE, N.H. — A 22-year-old Epsom man was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on Route 28 on Friday morning.
According to police, the incident occurred when a driver slowed to pass a construction vehicle and was rear-ended by a Jeep operated by Justin Garvin. The impact caused the Jeep to collide with a paving truck.
Garvin was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle sustained injuries that were not life-threatening.
Emergency response teams were on site, and police are investigating the crash. No road closures were reported following the incident.
