CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — One person suffered serious injuries in a crash involving a box truck and a car on Beach Road Friday afternoon.
Authorities responded to the intersection of Beach Road and Qualla Road at approximately 4 p.m.
Three occupants in the car sustained injuries; one individual was med-flighted to a nearby hospital, while two others sustained minor injuries.
The condition of the box truck driver remains unknown at this time.
The investigation is ongoing, and lane closures were reported in the area.
