METRO VANCOUVER, BC – A motorcycle crash involving a car occurred Saturday afternoon, resulting in serious injuries to the motorcycle rider, according to authorities.
The incident took place when a motorcycle collided with a vehicle, leaving the motorcycle hanging from a traffic light. The Delta Police Department reported that speed is believed to have been a contributing factor.
Emergency responders transported the rider, who suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries, to a local hospital. The driver of the vehicle did not sustain injuries.
