Four-Star Recruit Katrelle Harmon Lists Final Schools
SEATTLE, WA — Four-star shooting guard Katrelle Harmon has narrowed his collegiate options to six schools, including Alabama, as he considers his future in basketball.
The Crimson Tide stands as the only SEC contender for the 2026 prospect, joined by Creighton, Iowa, Oregon, Rutgers, and Washington, according to On3’s Joe Tipton.
Harmon plans to schedule an official visit to Alabama and Rutgers, already having visited Creighton and Iowa officially, along with unofficial visits to Oregon and Washington. The rising senior at Wasatch Academy has received offers from several programs, including Mississippi State, Auburn, Arizona State, Illinois, USC, Texas Tech, and Syracuse.
In discussions about his college preferences, Harmon emphasized the importance of a “good organization that knows how to win” and a team dynamic he describes as familial. He appreciates Alabama’s fast-paced offense, noting it could be one of the most enjoyable to play in college basketball.
As the No. 69 overall prospect in the nation, Harmon expressed interest in being part of Alabama’s evolving basketball program, stating, “Bama is slowly turning into a Blue Blood school for basketball, too.”
