Columbus, Ohio — A personal-injury lawsuit was filed April 24 in Franklin County Common Pleas Court over a deadly crash.
According to court filings, Alyssa and Nathaniel Harris, of Galena, are the plaintiffs.
The lawsuit names Modou Ngom, 50, and Ngom's trucking company, M F W Carrier, as defendants.
