Two-Vehicle Collision on I-25 Leaves One Seriously Injured
DENVER, CO – A two-vehicle accident on Interstate 25 resulted in one serious injury on Thursday at 2:41 p.m.
According to the Colorado State Patrol, the crash occurred in the northbound lanes near Exit 210. A sedan collided with an SUV, causing significant damage to both vehicles. Emergency responders transported the driver of the sedan, a 28-year-old male, to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Authorities confirmed that the driver of the SUV, a 34-year-old female, sustained minor injuries but declined medical treatment. The accident prompted the closure of the right lane for approximately two hours during the investigation and cleanup.
Towing services removed the vehicles at 4:00 p.m., and traffic resumed normal flow shortly thereafter. The cause of the accident remains under investigation, and no charges have been filed at this time.
