Hannibal Motorcyclist Injured in Collision with Deer.

A Hannibal man was injured in a vehicle crash in Ralls County Thursday night.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) reported the incident occurred at 11:53 p.m. on U.S. Highway 61 near Route Y. A 2010 Equinox, driven by a 22-year-old Hannibal man, collided with a 2007 Civic, operated by a 38-year-old Quincy woman.

Emergency responders transported the Hannibal driver to Hannibal Regional Hospital with injuries. The Quincy woman was uninjured in the crash.

Authorities closed the northbound lanes of U.S. Highway 61 for approximately one hour during the investigation. MSHP is handling the incident, which remains under investigation.
