PRESQUE ISLE, ME – A Bangor teen died Saturday afternoon in an ATV crash along the Cross Road ATV trail.
Authorities report that the incident occurred around 4:45 p.m. involving a 2007 Yamaha Grizzly. The 15-year-old was riding as part of a group when the ATV rolled over, striking him.
Emergency responders attempted resuscitation on the scene, but the teen succumbed to his injuries.
The incident is currently under investigation by the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife.
