Two drivers charged in wrong-way I-71 crash that killed Columbus man

Two drivers were charged in a Feb. 13 wrong-way crash on Interstate 71 that killed a man, authorities said.

According to police, Askar Ismail, 52, is charged with vehicular manslaughter for causing a second collision after the initial crash.

Police said Ismail rear-ended a Ram that had stopped or slowed for the initial crash, killing its driver.
