Bradley's on 7th Files for Bankruptcy Following 2025 Ybor City Tragedy
YBOR CITY, FL — Bradley's on 7th has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy almost one year after a crash on Nov. 8, 2025, that killed four people and injured over a dozen others.
According to owner Bradley Nelson, the decision was made after receiving multiple lawsuits related to the incident. Nelson stated financial struggles have been severe since the crash, with sales plummeting 86% in November and 64% in December 2025.
In Nelson's words, “Daily operations at Bradley's will remain the same,” emphasizing that the bankruptcy was necessary to eliminate legal pressures. He also confirmed selling Utopia Road Bar & Courtyard to new owners.
Authorities reported ongoing investigations into the crash, which involved multiple vehicles and has prompted public outcry and legal actions against the involved parties.
