LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal rollover crash Thursday evening on northbound I-11 in Boulder City, just north of mile marker 9.
Troopers responded to the crash at 5:21 p.m. Authorities said a single two-door coupe sedan rolled over and exited the roadway into a desert area. The driver, identified as an unrestrained adult man, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
There are currently no road closures as the vehicle left the roadway; however, NHP indicated a potential short closure of northbound I-11 for up to 30 minutes during the investigation. Further details will be provided following a preliminary investigation.
