Man Dead After Motorcycle Crash in Elizabethtown
ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. — A man died following a motorcycle crash in Elizabethtown on Saturday night.
According to the Elizabethtown Police Department, the incident occurred just before 10 p.m. at the intersection of Patriot Parkway and Rineyville Road.
Authorities said the motorcycle struck the rear of a pickup truck that was turning onto Patriot Parkway from Rineyville Road. The rider was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the pickup truck sustained no injuries. Police indicated they do not expect to file criminal charges in connection with the crash.
