Lebanon woman dies in crash after running stop sign, highway patrol says.

LEBANON, Ohio — A two-vehicle crash at Main and High streets on July 29 left a 68-year-old driver dead.

The collision occurred at approximately 1:40 p.m., according to an Ohio State Highway Patrol news release.

Troopers said Jennifer Watson, 68, of Lebanon, was driving a Rogue that drove past a stop sign and struck a Peterbilt tractor-trailer at the intersection.

Medics took Watson by ground ambulance to Atrium Medical Center, then by air ambulance to Miami Valley Hospital. She died July 30, authorities said.

The Peterbilt driver was not injured, according to the Highway Patrol.

The crash remains under investigation by the Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
