Lede: A hit-and-run crash involving three vehicles injured a pedestrian near Chinatown on Wednesday afternoon.
Authorities reported the incident occurred just before 2 p.m. at the intersection of Valley View Blvd and Sirius Ave, adjacent to Desert Inn Road.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the suspected vehicle is believed to have struck two cars before driving onto the sidewalk and colliding with a pedestrian. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital and is currently in critical condition.
The vehicle involved in the crash remains unidentified, and law enforcement continues to investigate. Motorists are advised to avoid the area as the investigation unfolds.
