Bicyclist Seriously Injured in Hit-and-Run in Manchester
MANCHESTER, NH — A bicyclist sustained serious injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Union Street on Friday at approximately 9:15 a.m.
According to Manchester Police, the incident occurred near the intersection of Union and Cedar streets. Witnesses reported an argument between two individuals before one person entered a vehicle and left the scene, striking the bicyclist, who was not involved in the dispute.
The injured bicyclist was transported to a local hospital with serious leg injuries. Their current condition is unknown.
Authorities closed Union Street in both directions between Cedar and Spruce streets during the investigation. The suspect vehicle fled the scene prior to police arrival.
