Lede: A Colorado driver has been charged in a wrong-way crash on the New Jersey Turnpike that killed four teenagers on Sunday.

According to New Jersey court records, Christopher Neff, 41, faces four counts of aggravated manslaughter, four counts of vehicular homicide, and multiple weapons charges after authorities found a gun and ammunition in his vehicle.

Neff allegedly drove a Dodge pickup the wrong direction in Carneys Point Township, colliding head-on with a Mazda carrying the teenagers. A semitrailer subsequently crashed into the Mazda from behind, as reported by the Carneys Point Fire Department.

The crash resulted in the deaths of four teenagers: 19-year-old Yaakov Kilberg, 18-year-old Aharon Lebovits, and 18-year-old Shlomo Cohen, all from Lakewood, N.J., and 18-year-old Chaim Grossman from Fallsburg, N.Y.

Neff remains due to injuries sustained in the incident, according to New Jersey State Police spokesperson Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron. Additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues, but no further details were available as of Wednesday. Neff's next court date has not yet been scheduled.
