Iowa, LA. – One person was killed in a multi-vehicle collision involving two big rigs on Sunday evening.
According to the Iowa Police Department, the accident happened around 6:46 p.m. along I-10.
A car was traveling west on the freeway when it crashed into a big rig that had stalled on the shoulder of the roadway.
Shortly after, another 18-wheeler collided with the car as well.
The unidentified driver of the car was killed in the accident.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
