Pittstown, N.Y. – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a car accident on Friday afternoon in the town of Pittstown.
According to the police, the accident happened around 4:10 p.m. on Highway 7, between John Snyder Road and Parker School Road.
A car collided with a tractor-trailer in unclear circumstances.
The driver of the car was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to Albany Medical Center for treatment.
No other injuries were reported.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
