BRIDGEPORT, CT — A multi-vehicle accident occurred on I-95 South near Exit 27 at approximately 2:41 p.m. on October 5, 2025.
Officials confirmed that three vehicles were involved in the collision, resulting in two injuries. Emergency Medical Services assessed the injured individuals on the scene before transporting them to a local hospital for treatment.
The Connecticut State Police responded to the incident, closing two lanes for approximately 45 minutes while debris was cleared and an investigation was initiated. Witnesses reported heavy traffic delays in the area as vehicles were rerouted.
