GUILFORD COUNTY, NC — A woman died Friday after a multi-vehicle collision at Freeman Mill Road and Coliseum Boulevard around 2:41 p.m.
According to the Guilford County Sheriff's Office, the crash involved three vehicles. The woman, whose identity has not been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Emergency responders, including the Greensboro Fire Department and Guilford EMS, provided medical aid at the site. Two additional individuals sustained non-life-threatening injuries and were transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.
Authorities closed several lanes of Freeman Mill Road and Coliseum Boulevard to facilitate the investigation and cleanup operations. The road remained closed for approximately two hours following the incident.
